تمتد سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع الخاصة بنا في شُربة عسل (Gulp of Honey) لمدة 15 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام. إذا مرّ أكثر من 15 يوماً على استلامك للطلب، فلن نتمكّن للأسف من تقديم استرداد أو استبدال.
شروط الإرجاع
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها.
- أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية وغير مفتوح.
- تقديم إيصال أو إثبات للشراء.
لأسباب تتعلّق بسلامة الغذاء، لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات الغذائية بعد فتحها إلا في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو خطأ في الطلب.
المبالغ المستردة
بمجرد استلام المنتج المُرجَع وفحصه، سنرسل إليك بريداً إلكترونياً لإعلامك باستلامه وبالموافقة على الاسترداد من عدمها. عند الموافقة، تتم معالجة المبلغ وإعادته إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال عدد من الأيام بحسب مزوّد الدفع.
المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة
إذا استلمت منتجاً تالفاً أو غير مطابق لطلبك، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور توضيحية، وسنقوم باستبداله أو استرداد قيمته.
تكاليف شحن الإرجاع
يتحمّل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفاً أو نتيجة خطأ من طرفنا فنتحمّل نحن التكلفة.

Refund & Return Policy
Our refund and return policy at Gulp of Honey (شُربة عسل) lasts 15 days from the date of receipt. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For food-safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once opened, except where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the amount is processed and credited back to your original payment method within a number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will replace it or refund its value.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective or the return is due to our error, in which case we cover the cost.
